The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show WED. OCT. 13, 1915 Earl went to Midvale & left Ruby & the children here for a few days This afternoon Ruby and I called to see Mother She is living at the Avon Apts Dr gave her a home there as long as she wants it. Dr & I went to See Lucy Yates in Grand Opera. Very Good THURSDAY 14 Buisy there are twelve at our table every meal this last few days. Bishop Sheridan Jacobs died this A.M. Uncle Hyrum Phelps called on his way home to Arizona. Margret Pugmire called also Mother & Lucile Lucile is sick and could not work. Avon is serving at a banquet to Federated Club women FRIDAY 15 Worked all morning have twelve at the table for meals as Ruby & Children are here This after noon went for an Auto ride up the canyon took Ruby & all the children. This evening She & I went to the Orpheum Retire late. A letter from Oertel SAT. OCT. 16, 1915 Thair & Avon took lesson Mrs McDonald helped me with work this A.M. Avon went to S.L.C. to help Ruby with the children Myrene took lesson. I went to a party at Mrs Leo Glens this afternoon. Junior is out. Avon came home at eight this eve. A letter from Cleone SUNDAY 17 At ten this A.M. I attended Weber Stake Conference at 12 I attended the funeral of Bishop H.C. Jacobs very nice. Called to see Lucile who is sick also went to the Hospital to see Bro F.M. Winters who is very sick. Tonight Junior Avon Thair & Myrene went to Tabernacle. Dr is out MONDAY 18 Mrs McDonald washed for me. I went shoping this afternoon. Junior marched out of High School with two thirds of the school as they wanted a Holliday so were suspended for a few days Very beautiful weather. Lucile is Sick with a bad cold |
