Saturday, Jan. 22, 1921 At home all day Sewed this afternoon. Mary & Mother went to a show. Myrene went with Kim. Junior came home from school brought Mr Cassiady with him they went to a dance. Thair out Dr retires early I stayed up until 12 P.M. Sunday 23 Our church had a special fast day for the suffers of Europe. Each person was to refrain from eating two meals and give their value in money to this fund. Millions of children are now starving to death. Dr. Dr Baker & I went to meeting Junior spoke in the First Ward tonight Monday 24 I did a two weeks washing alone. Have an electric Mangle also an electric washing machine which I have had many years This evening Dr & I ate at the Weber Club the Hoover dinner stewed beef & bread & butter ten dollars a plate. 190 were present. funds to be used for the Far East Tuesday, Jan. 25, 1921 A buisy day. This afternoon attended a meeting of to executive committe of the Relief Society Community Service. Then dampened down cloths etc until 730 P.M. went to R.S. Board meeting. Dr very buisy as usual. A letter from Mildred Barton Wednesday 26 Have iorned most all day but finished it & got it but away. Recd word Avon is doing very well at school especially in Music & History. Thursday 27 Buisy at home all morning this afternoon attended the Daughters of Pioneers Camp B. Very interesting meeting. Dr has had five confinement cases in the last twenty four hours. Mother Mary & I went to a show.
