Show Weyne Frederick, Headquarters AWARDED $5.00 FOR MERITORIOUS draftsman Control in Division SUGGESTION. ‘*Some are convinced the FIRE is HOT only Gen Niel Weaver, erstwhile full time messenger for Employee Relations Branch of the Civilian Personnel, now a part time worker on Victory News, is the proud and happy recipient of an award of $5.00 for contributing a meritorious Suggestion to the Suggestion Box. During the hot summer months, Gen Niel noticed Depot scooters and bicycles while not in use, standing in the broiling sun, anopen invitation to deterioration of leather, tires and paint. Common sense told her the winter weather would only serve to hasten destruction, thus causing the Government unnecessary expense.
