Show The "E"-Men walk off with a coveted Songfest victory Kent Argyle Joe Sneddon President The E-Men Sweetheart Candidates applaud a surprised Dave Vandehei. Roger Bambrough Duane Evans Steve Hale Brent Belnap Gary Evans Tom Hardy Val Brown Dan Egbert George Horiuchi Don Cavalli Jim Furlong Gerald Israelson Gary Colvin Chuck Green Vice President Dennis Jones The spirit of the Excels men is explained by the fact that the members regard each other as true brothers, and their strong fraternal friendship lasts throughout life: Once Excels, always Excels. The full social schedule of the leading men on campus included the Sweetheart Ball, Malefic, numerous rush parties, Acceptance Banquet, Dinner-dance and the Sophomore Farewell, as well as frequent parries with the leading women's clubs. Excelsior is always on top in school - sponsored activities throughout the year. The E-men have captured the intramurals for seven out of the past eight years. The annual Songfest was prize victory for this year. Excelsior has a definite meaning, "still higher, ever upward." As Weber College progresses into four-year status it will need plenty of help, and Excels will be Weber's number-one boost.
