M. & M. S. Company. My that is I think the best way to handle the year-~ adjustments wouldbe to take the trial balance of Novem- ber 30th, post the cash and other items in connection with the December transactions and bring the trial balance down to December Slst. From this the year-end adjustments can be made, which will consist mostly of inventory adjustments. As you know, these inventory adjustments affect both the Browning Arms Company and the J.M. & M.S. Company so that it will be mecessary by the J.M. & M.S. Arms Company. to have Company the inventory before we can accounts adjust the as shown Browning I would like to have your advice in connection with the payments being made by Mr. Ellis. Mr. Ellis hes been making monthly payments and these payments have been deposited in the. Browning Arms Company payroll account but have not been shown on the books of the Browning Arms Company.
