John: Your to us for letter dated June 12, 1939 has been handed reply. if you will advise Ogden the exact amount owing the Browning Arms Company by the J. M. & M. S. Browning Company the amount of this obligation will be paid in full. The Browning Arms Company will then be in a position to pay its current account to draw Ogden S$. on its principal of $27,892.47 for future sash The estimated Browning Company for $40,000.00 in your letter and will not have to the M. requirements. cash requirements month of June were of May 31, 1939, of which the of J. stated & i. as 35,000.00 has been transferred. The Browning Arms Company will pay the current account of $27,892.47 and if 610,000.00 is transferred through the Federal Reserve it is our understanding that you will then have sufficient cash to operate during the month of JUNG. in accordance with memorandum submitted to you on May 27, 1939, the books of the J. M. & M. 5. Browning Company will be transferred to Ogden, after they have been audited by Mr. Benner and closed for the month of May 1939. The cash requirements of the J. M. & M. &. Browning Company et St. Louis for the remining months of the year will, of course, be taken care of through transfers from Ogden.
