During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show TUES. FEB. 3, 1925. As usual a buisy day. Attended RS in 12 Ward a good meeting with Pres. Burton & counselors also went to Board meeting after Dr attended Dr Snoddy Lecture. A beautiful day. D Orr made a very small radio set. WEDNESDAY 4. A day at home & a buisy one. Attended Bible class at Weber College. A lesson on the Dispensations by Bro Sperry a very fine teacher. Dr not as buisy as usual. THURSDAY 5. Have been buisy at home with general house work. Mary assisted in a Primary entertainment at 5 Ward tonight. FRI. FEB. 6, 1925. Thair & Oscar came up tonight. Have been buisy all day at home did a large ironing besides preparing three meals & doing up work. Attended bible class at Weber College for on hour. Called on business to see Mrs. Jas. Morrell with Aggie Stevens & Ida Truseder. SATURDAY 7. Spent today cooking made bread pies & cake. Thair went back to Salt Lake. Oertel went to a picture show with Oscar her first time out since Nov 10/24. Dr & I went to a prog at High School. Sunday 8. Mary danced Royal & Cleones baby was named Claire & blessed by Edward I. Rich its grandpa. I prepared a nice dinner had eleven to eat it. Dr was out with a confinement most of the morning. June Avon Mary & Janeth went to SS. I went to RS meeting also 18 ward sacrament. Oertels & Oscars baby Carrol was blessed & named by its grandpa Harry H. Russell. |
