Since 1953, students at Ben Lomond High School have been creating scrapbooks. These books document the memories of the students each year. The scrapbooks hold a snapshot and time capsule of each student body. Each one contains photographs, newspaper articles and a written yearly history. |

Show Section III. Meetings: a. The Council shall Executive Board. officially unless b. A quorum for all meetings shall consist of two-thirds of membership of Council and one faculty member, c¢. The Council shall be conducted according to Roberts Rules of Order, as long as they do not conflict with this Constitution. Article Section Section I. II. I, Section I, VIII Elections All elections of the Student Body Officers, Class Officers Boys' and Girls' Association Officers shall be conducted according to rules drawn up by the Electio n Committee and approved by Student Council. Assemblies may be held to introduce candidates who are to be elected to the various offices. Rules shall provide for individual secret voting booths. Whenever a vacancy in the dlected office occurs, it shall be filled by a special election by the Associated Students called by the Executive as soon as possib le after the vacancy occurs. A petition signed by thirty per cent of the officers! constituency asking for his recall and Stating the reason therefore shall be necessary in order to authorize the Calling of a special recall electi on, for stated reasons by a vote of two-thirds of its member s. The petition Shall be checked by the faculty advisor and the principal to ascertain whether the provisions of this section have been compli ed with; if found deficient it shall be returned to the person who it is again presented, the same course in any respect, presented it.
