Forensics is one of the most outstanding activities at Weber. will long remember the experiences they had while gathering their material together, during class periods, in practice contests with Davis, East and Ogden high schools, at the invitational speech meet at Weber College on March 7 and 8, and at the Regional Speech Meet at Logan, April 8 and 9, where Weber qualified for ten of the seventeen positions open to students from Region One in the State Speech Tournament. Mr. Ward acted as advisor to the Speech II class for the first semester. His advice, assistance, and direction gave the members the fundamentals for the contests in which they participated. His help in organizing their thought and material was appreciated by each student in the class. Glen J. Ward One Hundred Eight |
