Show ‘RABIES The Warrior’s Trumpeter staff takes Journalism sixth period under the direction of Miss Blayney. They study newswriting, receive assignments from the “Big Two’—Gerrie and Marilou, run around halls digging up latest news, write teatures, editorials and answers to Letters to the Editors, take photographs, draw cartoons, sell ads to finance paper, take material to printer, proof-read copy, wait for paper to be printed, spend all their n‘ckels trying to find out when their “pride and joy” will be ready, fold papers, interrupt classes to deliver them every four weeks, exchange issues with other schools, and are as eager as anyone to see if they “broke into print.” ies WARRIOR’S This year the Journalism class visited a local paper, had guest speakers on their favorite subject, Newswriting, sponsored the trip to U. the B.
