Show JUNIOR ACHIEVERS JUNIOR ACHIEVERS Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization financed by businesses and individuals. In the U.S. alone, over 50,000 business people contribute their time to J.A. and over 90,000 firms and individuals provide funds. Fach J.A. area is managed by a professional staff and volunteer board of directors. The purpose of J.A. is to provide high school students with practical business experience and insights into the complexities of economics. These objectives are accomplished by offering members of J.A. the opportunity to actually organize and operate their own business.
