In. this age of inquiry and discovery no branches of study are of more importance than those dealing with the phenomena of nature. The best literature of the day is so permeated with scientific thoughts and deductions that no person can read and appreciate the same if he has not at least an elementary knowledge of the sciences. The aim is to so co-ordinate the sciences, mathematics and language, that the pursuit of the course will result in a harmonious development of all the faculties of the mind.
