Show Richardson still stands where Robert Jones now resides. At the far west curve of Pioneer Road the home of Robert Cowan brother of James Cowan once stood. Everett Wardle lived in the home before moving to his present residence. (Fig. 3-56). To the south of Robert Cowan's home was the home of James Cowan Jr., father of Crystal Wardle. This home was replaced when the Pheasant Farm bought the Wardle farm. The home was built in 1893. Mr. Cowan was a quiet, personable man who loved and worked happily on his farm.
