Sunday, Dec. 30, 1923. At home except a trip in auto to Hooper with Dr. Wrote to Thair, & Myrene Avone came home from Salt Lake with June Smart had a nice time. Dr has had three confinement cases also very buisy otherwise. Snowing. Monday 31. I regret very much that I have not taken time to keep up this diary better. I feel it is no credit to me but as I have been Relief Society President of Mount Ogden Stake also President of Daughter s of Pioneers of Weber Co with a membership of 400 members a member of Girl Scout Counsil a member of Acacia Club and have done with out help the past seven months & have had a family of five or more all the time this may be some excuse. I have been greatly blessed also our family for which I am thankful. Memoranda. Jan 27/23 Milton Cozzens was buried today at Byron big Horn Wyo. He died from gun shot. Jan 26/23 He was fathers son by Aunt Jasse his second wife. My aunt Martha Cozzens Davis Youngest sister of John Cozzens died Feb. 21 st 1923 at 20 Dumfries St. Aberdar Glaus. South Wales. My fathers Aunt the wife of Moses Cozzens and mother of his wife Martha Cozzens died in child birth January 13 th 1857 from a letter written Apr 7 1857 from Wales to fathers aunt Martha.
