O.) MONEY ORDERS. For sums not exceeding 2.50, three cents; 2.60 to 5, five cents; 5 to 10, eight cents; 10 to 20, ten cents; 20 to 30, twelve cents; 30 to 40, fifteen cents; 40 to 50, eighteen cents; 50 to 60, twenty cents; 60 to 75, twenty- five cents; 75 to 100, thirty cents. REFORWARDING. Letters will be forwarded from one post office to another upon the written request of the person addressed without additional charge; but unclaimed packages cannot be returned unless return postage is guaranteed or forwarded.
