I am delighted with Utahs good fortune in having you at the helm and, as a very small stockholder, am also delighted with one of your first decisionsincreasing the quarterly dividend! Next day, a friend in Atherton (Mrs. Ben Johnson 111 the Otis-MacAllister Johnsonwho met Mrs. Littlefield and you on your shopping expedition on Avenida Central) sent me three clippings about you on your assuming the Presidency of Utah, being elected a Director of Wells Fargo, and enjoying an evening with the Francophiles. That latter picture was a very handsome one of both Mrs. Littlefield and you. Have passed the clips on to your other friends down here. It was very pleasant seeing you in February, but your visit was much too brief. I hope both of you will be stopping off in Panama very soon.
