Show May 1926 Mon 10. This forenoon I assisted with washing. At twelve thirty I went to Salt Lake to attend a board meeting of the Central Camp of Daughters of Pioneers. Also called at genalogy office. Arrived home at six PM. This evening Mrs. Rose & I attended the Tempre Musical Prog at Junior Central. Dr is quite buisy so retired early. The North Pole was discovered by Lieutenant Commander Richard E Byrd at Pilot Floyd Benivett by Air Plain from Spitzberigzen. 1926 May Tues 11. Have accomplished very little this morning as the telephone has rung so much. This afternoon I attended a presided at Mount Ogden Stake Relief Society Conference. Bro John M Mills gave a splendid lecture on the bible. There were presnet 235 people. This evening Cleone and I went to see Emma Lucy Gates in Faust. Dr did not care to go as we have sene her in it before. Am glad our conference is over again. Plato crosses sea by Radio another wonder. |
