Lloyd Allen—Wilson, “Bashful’”, Learned DEAR DIARY 1947-1948 SEPTEMBER 9—School started and we had our first assembly, the Faculty Assembly. 8—Our first Student Body Assembly was based on the Stork Club. 9—A brick almost hit Evelyn Ross on the head as she came the Seminary Building, which is being remodeled. 10—Gary Elmer finally found his locker way out of up on third floor. 11—Today we elected our Girls and Boys Association Officers. 12—One of our largest pep assemblies was held today along with a snake dance on the football field and the Ogden “Tiger” was burned at the stake before the game with Ogden High. 15—The “Little Brown Jug” went up to the hill to have a visit with Ogden High after spending two years at home with the “Warriors”, [ 118 ] Football ‘46, ‘47, ‘48, Reading Boxing ‘48. |
