Utah Sirs: letter of October 17, which you mention the absence from letters from the Colt's Company to Referring again toyour your file Browning. of in certain I requested Mr. Teller to furnish me with a copy of the letter of October 27, 1922, and of the one of April 24, 1924, referred to in the "Machine Rifle Contract". I have received from him, and am enclosing herewith, a copy of the letter of October 27, 1922. I also received from him a copy of the letter of April 24, 1924, mentioned in the "Machine Rifle Contract" but this is identical with the letter of the same date, a copy of which I have already forwarded to you and which was described by you as being “under the Machine Gun Contract", I have requested Mr. Teller to check his 1924, file to instead see of if there one. were two letters of April 24, |
