October 10,1993 Awards Banquet Weber State University’s Annual Homecom- ing Banquet will be held on Friday, October 15 at 6 p.m. in the Gallery of the Shepherd Union Building on campus. Five Distinguished Alumni/Service Awards will be presented during the dinner’s program, according to Randy Skanchy, WSU Alumni President. The Distinguished Alumni Awards will be presented to Thomas K. Welch, John E. Ulibarri and Gwen S. Williams. The Distinguished Ser- vice Awards MSRP *10,900 PAY ONLY will go to Bryce C. Flamm and Leola L. Davidson.
