Reece Signpost staff writer SU students will literally be getting down to earth during the mud volleyball tournaments this week as a part of the WSU Homecoming celebration. The mud volleyball competition, continuing a fouryear tradition as part of eee Week, will run Tiesday through Friday. This year’s competition has been moved because of construction and will take place near the bell tower where the checkerboard walkway is being renovated to serve as a volleyball court. — “We're going to put the soil on top of the dirt that is there already. Then there are going to be sandbags put all around the area,” said Chris : Poulsen, co-chairman of the mud volleyball committee. _ The mud will be made from filtered top aus supplied by Johnson Excavating.
