Show South Mather Heights, Inc. - Utah 36% - Mather Housing Management Co. - Utah has a 36% interest in this company which performs the management functions for North and South Mather Heights. Wichita Housing Beck-Utah Joint Venture - Beck and Utah had contracted with four housing corporations for the construction of 1,034 housing units in the Wichita area under Title IX of the National Housing Act. Oaklawn Management Company - This corporation manages the housing units owned by Anchor Homes, Inc., Harrington Development Co., Oaklawn Development Co. and the Peddicord Corporation. Utah has a 36% interest in this company. Owning Corporation and: Anchor Homes, Inc. 61.5% Harrington Development Co. 93.2% Oaklawn Development Co. 54.7% Peddicord Corporation 93.2% Topeka Housing Beck-Utah Joint Venture - Beck and Utah have purchased land which will be exchanged for the preferred stock of two housing corporations, Topeka Homes, Inc. and Blosser Homes, Inc. These two corporations owned 468 housing units in this project. Housing rentals were managed by another corporation, Highland Crest Management Company, Inc. This corporation earned a fee based upon gross rentals. Salina Housing Beck-Utah Joint Venture - Beck and Utah purchased land near Salina, Kansas, which is to be exchanged for preferred stock in Salina Management Company. This company owned all of the stock in Salina Homes, Inc. which holds title to the Housing Unites. 150 units were constructed under the Critical Housing Program with commitments from the F.H.A. San Diego Housing We again associated with Beck, but also with Burgener-Tavares; Utah - 37-1/2% Henry C. Beck- 37-1/2% Burgener-Tavares - 25% for construction and ownership of the entire project. An F.H.A. allocation has been received for the entire project. The Claremont Management Company will construct, own, and manage the entire project. The housing units will be owned by two subsidiaries of the parent company - The Claremont Housing Company and the Claremont Rental Housing Company.
