Show Successful Projects Bid During Fiscal 1959 were: First Quarter City of San Francisco Civic Plaza Parking Garage - San Francisco, California a) Bid amount - $3,392,460, including a $326,910 fee. Joint venture with Haas & Haynie on a 50-50 basis. b) San Francisco Office General Services Administration - Construct and Lease Buildings - Hampton, Georgia_ a) Bid amount - $1,857,222 - Joint Venture with Henry C. Beck on 50% basis. Ownership would be vested in Main-Linden Corporation and construction would be performed by Preston Service Company with Beck directing the work. Montana Phosphate Products Company - Stripping and Hauling - Garrison, Montana_ A new contract covering the 1959-60 mining seasons was obtained for stripping, mining and hauling phosphate rock. This was a continuation of the work Utah had been performing for several years. The amount of the contract was $900,000. Government of East Pakistan - Extension to Karnafuli Hydroelectric Project - East Pakistan A revised estimate of costs in connection with the Karnafuli Hydroelectric Project was $48,298,653, an increase of $17,786,022 over the original allocation.
