The cost of the project was about $478, 079. 22) Heat Treat Building This project, constructed for Australian Timken Pty. Ltd. by Utah, comprises the erection of the main heat treat building 100 ft... by 150 ft. in area, plus a switch-gear building, tank foundation, auxiliary roadworks and drainage; and includes the supply and installation of electric lighting and power services, fittings, switchboards and instruments, together with piping, valves, pumps, and other auxiliary equipment. This lump-sum project amounted to $234, 918. The contract was dated January, 1962 and the completion date was October, 1962. This work is located at Ballarat, Australia. 23) Balatum Drying Factory The design and construction of administrative offices and main process plant for Balatum (Aust. ) Pty.
