During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Cheney SUNDAY 28 A quiet day Thawing all day snowed some in the evening One office patient Mrs. Pomeroy and I spent the evening and ate supper at Frank Martins Had a pleasant time. No letters from home. Cheney MON. JAN. 29, 1894 A stormy day Thawing and sloppy. One office patient Have read anatomy nearly all day Ethel is a little sick. No letters from home Cheney TUESDAY 30 A fine day Ethel is better Recd a paper from Mira. One office patient. We organized the Cheney Amusement Club to night Dissected and read this evening. Wrote letter to mother. |
