Show Tuesday, September 18, 1029. A day long to be remembered. Myrene and Joe on their way. Packed for Mary who has gone to Ann Arbor to the University She left on the two 15 train and Thair Cloteel & Richard left for Philadelphia where he will be in Penn U for two years. They took the other section of train East and Janath went to Columbus Ohio on the same train. Packed lunch for them & trunks etc and cooked dinner before they left. Some buisy morning. And after it is all over I feel like the last straw has been taken. Such a buisy time & now alone for the first time in my life. And so it goes. Wednesday, September 19, 1928. And now for gettign this house strait for all the rooms look deserted. Myrens with her wedding gown hangign where she hurridly took it off. The hall filled with her beautiful gifts. Thair & Cloteels room with here & there a play thing of dear little Richards. Janaths room with some forgotten cloths and Marys next to mine where I will be reminded so much of her. Well some change and now to reajust. |
