During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Saturday, January 28, 1928. Aunt Mary Rich came up for lunch with Dr. this afternoon she & I went to see a one act play (in which Avont ook part) by the Drama Club for the Historical Club. Mary spent the evening here and stayed over night at Dr. Ezras. Worked some on Scrap book. Myrene & Blanch went to Salt Lake. Junior went down for Blanch this eve & Myrene stayed over night with Thair & Cloteel. Sunday, January 29, 1928. No one went to church this morning. Dr and I ate dinner alone the first time on Sunday that I can remember. I worked on the scrap book some. Oren and May & the boys Mose & Ralph drove up from Salt Lake brought me five book case sections. After we had some thing to eat Dr went out to Clinto to talk & I went to the Fourteenth Ward to reorganize their Relief Society. Mrs Mary Mae Harch was made Pres. other very fine wemon were sustained as officers. |
