Show Saturday, July 14, 1928. Dr and I started on a cmaping trip alone. The first time in our lives. We left at five PM and drove up Logan Canon & stayed all night. Slept in the car very comfortable as we had screens in the windows etc. Sunday, July 15, 1928. This AM we had breakfast camp style & drove over to Bear Lake. Went up to Paris cemetary called at Em Richs no one home drove to Montpleier called at Jed Merrells no one home, drove up to Montpelier cemetary to see mothers grave on then drove about thirty miles up on Crow Creek in Wyoming camped just at dark but up our tent in a rain storm ate our supper & retired to have another wonderful rest. Mosquitoes are very bad but are not desturbed as our screens on car windows keep them out. |
