Show Memoranda OGDEN DEP'T. HERALD BRANCH OFFICE, 513 UTAH LOAN & TRUST BUILDING. Ogden, January 1. DR. ROSS DEAD. It is with deep regret that we announce today the death of Dr. Lewis F. Ross, one of Ogden's most respected citizens, and foremost professional men. The death occurred at the family residence, 2,217 Washington avenue, consumption being the immediate cause of his demise. He leaves a mother, three sisters, a brother and a large circle of friends to mourn his loss. Deceased was born in Montreal, Canada. He was educated at McGill university, and graduated in the arts in 1881 and in medicine in 1885. After taking his diploma he traveled considerably in this country and in Europe and came to Ogden in March, 1893. Besides being a skilled surgeon and physician he was a genial, whole-souled gentleman, and was beloved by all who knew him. Deceased was a member of the Marion lodge A. O. U.
