Class try-outs are held and class teams selected and these teams compete for honors in inter-class debates. From these debates the school teams, which meet with other teams representing schools equal rank with the Academy, are selected. This system of selection gives every student an opportunity to try for places on the school teams and each one has at least one opportunity to address an audience. In debating, this season.
