mtage Band : 1S as Fi ae te =~ i? a — An exciting new band under the direction of Mr. Edvalson made its first appearance playing “Alfie” and “The Girl from Ipanema” at the Girls’ Association Assembly. This new band is known as the Stage Band. Later in the year they set just the right mood for the Faculty Assembly. They provided the perfect background music for those witty comedians, the Coke Generation. When it came to Junior Prom time, the Stage Band sent the feeling of spring to every member of the studentbody with “The Days of Wine and Roses.” Their performances were always met with the enthusiastic approval of their audiences.
