Show Jo-Jo McCracken In remembrance of a pal of mine Whose body lies in peace - He studies not, but sleeps and dines On the Aggie bedroom fleece. He slaved with me this grizzly glunk A slip-sheeter - tried and true, But I laffed at this egregious monk Till Ock swore we'd never get thru. So here's to the days of trial With that whistling baritone Who laid me in the aisle Scoop-shoveling slip-sheets home. Men at large this Jone's Cement Said I when first I see these gent But now I think no longer so, I find they up to Eva's go. There, like blushing lamblets laff To make the candy-pull the taff. Times must be bad when the human squirrels Chisel home-filled dates from bachelor girls! "Tillie the Toiler" who works with Dale Is as coy as a fluttering quail, But in her special green - green dress - My, oh my! Sweet applesess! 'Twas stormy and dark on that evening In the back seat of Gealta's hack, And Bingham was surely not dreaming Though no sound came from this said back. Then in the soft, sweet-lip-filled silence Came a sound from muffled jaws - 'Twas his hotcha sal in parlance - "Wait till I take off my corsage!" Bingham - Gawd - I don't mind this passive resistance, but what gets me is this active resistance!
