Good old Weber, grand old Weber, Here's a toast to you: Of all the schools in this broad, spacious land, Weber, there’s only you. As the Warriors hold each other’s hand in comradeship, each student has the same thought, love for Weber. As the light slowly dims, a hushed atmosphere prevails. Then is turned on. There are a few moments : the big “W” of silence. We hear “Good old Weber!”, as the cheerleaders and pep band starts. Weber, there’s only you. Through the school hymn we, as Warriors of Weber, have expressed our feelings of joy and sorrow, love and patriotism, pride and praise for our Weber. The school hymn is effective because it arouses feeling and expresses our true sincerity. 2 7 Vivacious and enthusiastic, the cheerleaders showed their dedication to Weber High with each approaching game. Screaming until they were hoarse, they led the cheers that inspired the team on to victory and excited the spectators. The Pep Band not only enhanced the joyful atmosphere at the games during intermission but provided the music throughout the entire game. Combining fun with numerous hours of hard work, the Pep Club was able to promote unity between the area schools and boosted school spirit and loyalty within our own school. The Lettermen’s Club gave the boys the opportunity to further school spirit by cheering at the games and providing unique and interesting sidelights. The sharp marching Warriorettes in their red and black uniforms, always smiling and alert, caught everyone’s eye at the assemblies and school functions. The Drum Major and Drum Majorette ignited a spark of school spirit during our half-time activities. Together, these organizations helped in building unity and school spirit at Weber High. For Weber High we stand, for Weber High. Best school in all the land, her colors proudly fly high, high, high. Through all her days we'll be proud of her name, Warriors in victory are fighting for the right to win her fame. Weber, her foes will down with power and might, Warriors will wear the crown because they all will fight, fight, fight, fight. Firm courage marks the stand, calm, clear and cool, Warriors will join the band and boost forever onward for our school.
