This year the band department was under the direction of a new teacher, Ms. Soelberg, who taught four classes daily. With her new enthusiasm, she took us through a great 88-89 school year. We had fun supporting our Warrior reams ar all the arhletic events. We also enjoyed playing for the school musical, “Singing in the Rain.” Some of the band members have had the opportunity to represent Weber High as some of the finest musicians in Honor ~Band and all Stare Band. We also participated in [kegion Solo and Ensemble. The privilege was ours to go to the srare level competition, and we feel thar we did our best competing in the symphonic, jazz, and marching bands.
