Show The commons becomes a mass of laughter, confu- sion and fun as classes are released for their favorite time of day-LUNCH! During this time students involve themselves in a variety of activities such as earing, talking, jumprope, games and anything else they can think of thar involves a lor of people a lor of fun and a lot of noise. For lunch the school offers a few ‘breaks’ from the traditional cafereria food. It is a class before lunch where the food is prepared then sold for a profir at lunch, all under their advisor Mrs. Doxey. The Bookstore is like a mini-convenience store. Here students can buy just about anything from P.E. clorhes to notebooks to candy. The advisor of Bookstore, which offers students a chance to use marketing and accounting skills, is Mr. Jenkins. One other group of kids rake the sporlight when lunch breaks. They are called the Bouncers. Their job is to clean up the commons according fo their assigned areas, watch the lunch lines and basically prevent roral disasrer. They do an excellent job of keeping our commons clean and adding to our pride in this school.
