Show Sunday 28 Weather moderated enough for Nan & me to go to Sunday School at 10. A deep theological lesson about marriage in the here after put us in a solemn mood. Later fast meeting gave us a lift. At 1 pm rode out to Mary Ls also called at the grocery for supplies then a tasty dinner at home. Nan went out at 5 pm. Karen & her girl friend visited and Laurie brot little David in to rough us up a little. I alone in pm with radio & book until Edith came at 78 pm. Nan home early. Both tired so to bed in good time. Monday 29 We see the sun shining brightly this am & thru the day. Nans Louise came to visit am. the woman came with a gift for me from Nan. Mr. Deamer came to fix garage door opener & thru it all Nan & got her washing done. My head & eyes not so good today but better later on. Edith came & gave Nan a I am reading still on Travels of Marco Polo Mary Frances came to give us a look over and pronounced our house as good as could be. Scott & Shelley came to see us. A ride out to Melbas to see Tom who was injured falling from a cliff Sunday. He is |
