FARR WEST—Wahlquist Junior High School’s annual spring _ physical education program Friday will feature various acts performed by about 700 seventh, eighth and ninth grade students. The event is scheduled for: the Weber High School gymnasium and football and exercises. The PTA affiliated with the school will sell cupcakes and other light refreshments. Pro- ceeds will go towards the scholarship program. Faculty members in charge are Carolyn Sue Peterson, Wayne Cottle and Brent P. Han- in order to accommodate a large ‘eock. crowd. It begins at 7:30 p.m. and there is no admission. Theme of the event is ‘‘Physi-; cal Education, For Those Who Think Young.” FOLK ; DANCES Students will perform dances including folk dances such as Cherkassiya, Israeli and Tini- kling, a dance of the Philippines. There will be square dancing waltz numbers and modern jselections.
