Every member of the Golden Spike staff has worked diligently in an attempt to make this the best book Weber has produced. To Mr. Westergard, faculty advisor, we owe our sincere thanks and appreciation, for the method in which he directed and helped make the book a success. To Onal Berrett, associate-editor, for his time and energy on various parts of the book, John Sarlo, our typist, who unfailingly came to our assistance when he was needed and wanted, to Norma Shaw, drama Anderson, literary and humor editor, who helped us conduct our literary contest and supplied us with our splendid humor, to Dewey Favero, our snap-shot editor, and Harold Taylor who assisted him, to Margaret McFarland and John Mathiew our club and class editors, who found their task a difficult one, reminding reporters that their write-ups were due, to Ronald Linford, sport editor, who kept a constant account of all athletic undertakings, to Fay Thompson, society editor, who submitted all work on social functions of the school, and to Earl editor, who kept an account of all dramatic productions, performed by the school, we owe our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
