4 Ag. Club Ball Society” - King Bob Jones sent out a call to his loyal subjects to announce that a period of festivity would reign over the realm at Weber High for a season. One by one his knights and ladies were called to him. The page ushered in the first, a well known warrior, President Gibson of the F.F.A. Club, who announced the field dance where the infants (sophomores) were invited into Weber’s social life. This dance was held on October 26th and all had a good time with the merry farmer boys. Next came Lady Florence, telling of the Martha Washington dance to be held in March, this dance being sponsored by the Girl’s Association. Here the courtly ladies showed their knights that they were also in the, chivalrous mood. The queen of the school, Anna Geertsen, was chosen and a corsage presented to her. Our energetic lord, Woodruff Deem, did not wait to be ushered in before his voice boomed out telling of the Junior Prom to be held on April 3. The junior class sponsored this dance in honor of the seniors. Last, but not least came Lady Mary, who told us of the Golden Spike ball to be held in May. This dance is one of the greatest features of the year. It is here that the students receive their year books. Most of us went home happy, pleased with the bigger and better line of entertainments given to us by the Warrior tribe.
