PUBLICATION The yearbook is the student's record of the school year. It was no small task for the staff to compile accounts of all events and organizations. Without the help of Mr. Westergard , the Golden Spike would not be as it is. He has learned to apply the skill of many years into every page. His advice and suggestions were a great help to every staff member. The Junior editorial staff worked like eager beavers trying to please the editors and get the copy just right. They wrote articles and sorted pictures, attended meetings and took criticism from the older staff members. The photographer and his victim. They drew pictures of humorous events that the camera didn't catch. Of course they had to wait until the right opportunity came along.
