PAGE 56 WEBER ACADEMY took the leading role and sponsored Ogden's first musical organization inter-city tour with the comic opera, "Priscilla." This was known as Ogden High School Alumnae Opera Society and this organization made a tour of the state with "Priscilla" in 1906 and "Ermine" in 1909. In the last ten years, Mr. Pardoe has played parts in and produced over two hundred dramas and operas. "Secret Service" of 1916 marked his two hundred and fiftieth production. He has had stock and opera experience in Ogden, Salt Lake, the Pacific and Atlantic Coast cities. His education extends from Leland Stanford Junior University to Leland Powers School of Boston, from which school he graduated with honors in 1913. He had four years of Chautauqua and platform experience. Enrolls but fifteen private students per term.
