Show 2. to carry on the activity should be raised by special assessments. 8. That an effective inter-club council be formed with definitely defined duties. That this council membership consist of student representatives from the clubs and that it be supervised by a faculty club advisory committee. That this council should be responsible to the student body council. 9. That the club regulations be revised if needs be, and be enforced. 10. That the following program be adopted: a. That one period during the day be devoted to extra¬curricular activities, preferably the 3, 4, or 6 period, and that all clubs meet during this period regularly at least once a week. b. That the program for the activity period be as follows: Monday -Girl's council Tuesday Student body council Wednesday —Club meeting Thursday -Club council (Monthly) Friday Assembly c. That all special assemblies be held during this period on days other than Wednesday which is club day. d. That all students not in club activity be assigned daily study groups with the teachers who are not sponsoring clubs. e. That these clubs and study groups be used for the advisory units of the school and that all student body business, school business, radio announcements, be transacted during this period, except on Wednesday, which is club day. 11. That we request, the present club organization membership be solicited for their cooperation in putting this program over. 12.
