Tuesday, March 11, 1930 70th Day 295 Days to come At twelve oclock I went in Company with Mrs Joseph Wright, Julia Parry, Mrs Larkin to Salt Lake City to attend the funeral services of sister Clarisa Smith Williams past president of the Relief Society which was held in the Asembly Hall. The hall was filled and the services very fine. Presidend Anthony W. Sims, Geo Albert Smith Bro Serson President Lauise G Robinson were the speakers. The music This is my Task was my favorite. The string music was beautiful also. We had lunch at the Hotel Utah and arrived home abot five P.M. A wonderful day and the drive down & back was enjoyed. I attended first & second year classes of World Literature by Mrs Jensen which took four hours Joan of Arc was given (Shaws) in first yr. Alcestes very interesting. Prepared dinner & this evening Dr went to World Thinkes class & listened to Adam S. Bennion. I went over to Weber College & listened to a book review of Mme. Scheuman Heink by a teacher from A.C. College. Worked on material for scrap books until twelve oclock P.M.
