During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Wednesday, October 29, 1930 302nd Day 63 Days to come I got up at six A.M. & prepared breakfast for Dr after which he left for South Fork to hunt deer. After a strenuous day he returned very tired and with no game. I have spent all day at home & have been buisy with home affairs. Erastus Merrill had lunch here. Dr took a hot bath & retired early. Myrene & I went up to see Cleone beautiful things which she brought back from her trip around the world. I went to R.S. Board meeting no lesson given. June came in from Wyoming tonight. Thursday, October 30, 1930 303rd 62 Days to come Busiy with house work all morning as Dr & I got up late. June is with us. Erastus Merrill mothers brother had lunch with us. This afternoon I met with camp X Melba S. Debray Captain. Hastess Addie Pulsipher. Spanish trails of the West was the subject treated by Mrs Warner. Very interesting Mrs Bryan sang Spanish songs & Mrs Jinkens gave Spanish music. Dinner I prepared for June Dr & I after which Dr & I went to hear Rhubin J. Clark at a Republican Rally. Read my self to sleep. \ |
