Show Utah Construction's impressive performance on the $22 million Feather River project led to many other railroad contracts, both domestic and foreign. In 1910, the railroad was completed, vaulting Utah Construction into a leadership role among heavy contractors in the Far West. By 1919, the company claimed an annual profit of $1.6 million, which would not be exceeded until the years following World War II. |
