AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: in Yeber AMOUNT : County, Emergency Harvesting on Farms Uteh. 16 , 8X MANPOWER COMMISSION CERTIFIGATS is attached te original Contract — number: \| dated: 1, 30 August 1944 "Paragraph 3"of the above-named contract is. amended to read as follows: "3.
