Attention is invited to War Department » Prisoner of War No. 3,4 January 1944, and more particularly to Section II You are advised as follows: | & Pursuant to the directive contained in the above-mentioned circular, and pertinent Army Regulations cited therein, the control of the Prisoner of War Camp, Ogden, Utah, is your responsibility. Under provisons of paragraph 6 b, AR 170-10 for purposes of administration of prisoner of war camp, you will be under _ Commanding General, Ninth Service Command.
