Show a ARMY SERVICE FORCES NEW YORK ADJUTANT GENERAL 111 Eighth New York DEPOT GAC/aw Avenue ll, N.Y. 29 April 1944 SUBJECT: Requisitioning TOs Commanding to which of Publications Officers Italian in Italian or Commanding Service Units Translationa Generals are of Installations Assigned: Le This depot has been designated as the single distribution point for all War Department publications in Italian translation and for certain blank forms pertaining to Italian Service Units. Initial distribution Department the No. will be made promptly in accordance upon receipt printers, In this connection 113, 24 April 1944. with of stocks instru¢tions from of the publications reference is made to the War from ASF Circular 2 In the event that authorized allowances of these special publications shov’d prove inadequate or replacement should be necessary, properly supported requisitions may be submitted to this depot on WD AGO Form No. 17, 6 May 1943. 3s It is requested that the respensibility for the editing and consolidation of unit requests and the preparation of necessary requisitions be vested in an appropriate officer, so that the depot will not be confronted with a succession of small requisitions coming directly from individual companies. It is suggested that this officer b e the one through whom initial distribution shipments are forwarded from the depot to the Italian units. he Attention is invited to the fact that all ordinary publications and blank forms for the use of Italian Service Units are to be obtained through the channels prescribed in paragraphs 3,4, and 6 of AR 310-200.
