Show Wednesday, February 19, 1930 50th Day 315 Days to come As Dr went to the Hospital early I did not get up until nine. Studied all morning in preparation for a paper on Radio. At one oclock attended a luncheon at Mrs Lynan Hydes. Called on Annie Rich who has Hellens children while she is on a trip East both are quite ill with measles. At four P.M. I attended Mrs Jensens Literary class prepared dinner. Dr is not very well has bad cold but he & Junior have done three big operations today. He is very tired so I went the World Thinkers class in his place tonight. Studied late tonight and after retiring for the night could not sleep for some time. A letter from Mary A nice letter from My dear friend Annie Petty Thursday, February 20, 1930 51st Day 314 Days to come A buisy morning at home after lunch did up the work met Elizabeth Thomas & we visited & reorganized Camp M. Daughters of Pioneers the camp in which I took out my membership sixteen years ago. From there I met the nomination Com for Daughters of Pioneers at the Bigelow. They were Mrs Flygare, Mrs Pardo, Mrs Harding Called at Drs office & came home with him. A card seed from Cleone & Royal Kyoto Japan still enjoying their trip. Drs cold much better today. Snowed a little today but past week has been delightful. |
