Show Education Dr. Caseel D. Burke Chrm. Education Division Those who hold the minds of future leaders may hold the balance of the world in their hands. The Division of Education has the responsibility of carrying out the policies of the State Department of Education relative to the certification of teachers in secondary education or elementary education. In addition, it provides courses for teachers in service who wish to improve their teaching abilities and renew their teaching certificates. Nicholas Glaser and Elwin F.
